Nov. 8, 2019: Extra core and conditioning work with Sebastian Amberger

I have pressed USRowing National Team member (and son) Sebastian Amberger into service to do conditioning with the 6:30 and 7:30 classes today.
There’ll be lots of running and core work. And remember, we’re at the Lower Gym in Knott Hall again today!
