Nov. 8, 2019: Extra core and conditioning work with Sebastian Amberger

I have pressed USRowing National Team member (and son) Sebastian Amberger into service to do conditioning with the 6:30 and 7:30 classes today.
There’ll be lots of running and core work. And remember, we’re at the Lower Gym in Knott Hall again today!

We’ll never figure out why exactly, but this comingĀ Friday, Nov. 8, we’ll be back at the lower gym at Knott Hall.

For the month of May, Tuesday practice will be held in the Four Court Gym, which is the lower gym in the back of Knott Hall. Same time, different place, less wear and tear on your knees!
